Personal Assistant

Position Title: Personal Assistant

Location: New Delhi – Head Office

Exp. (Yrs): 06 –12 Years

Position Level: Level IV

Function: Secretarial

Reporting to: Respective Head of Department

Purpose :

  • This is a Secretarialposition based at Head Office, new delhi. To Support HOD’s in Day to day work and manage their meetings , travel , calendar and coordination between other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Maintain calendar for all internal and external meetings and appointments
  • Keeping a check on the duration of all meetings and reminding the HOD of key meetings every day in the morning
  • Sending e-mails/correspondence on HOD’s behalf as and when required and filing the mails to the respective folders
  • Ensure Smooth execution of Domestic/International Travel Plans including flight reservations, taxi hiring, web check-in and late check-in or late-check outs from the hotels, visa documentation, forex requirements etc.
  • Providing secretarial/administrative support remotely to the HOD while he is traveling or working from home and from different locations.
  • Keeping track of and ensuring timely settlement of all the expenses related toHOD’s travel and his office
  • Keeping track of and ensuring renewal, timely payments of Credit Cards, Insurances, Club and other Memberships etc.
  • Organizing various documents, files etc. and maintaining strict confidentiality, safety and security of the same.
  • Assembling of Power Point Presentations/ Reports and adding value to it by ensuring that the inputs provided are of superior quality and the flow of the presentation is consistent.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum Post Graduate/ Graduate

Area Manager

Position Title: Area Manager – Replacement Sales

Location: Kathmandu,Mysore

Function: Sales

Reporting to: Sales Officers / Service Engineers / Commercial Officers

Purpose :

  • This is a Junior Level strategic position within JK Tyre, to be based at area office
  • To lead and direct Tyre business in the replacement market within area to achieve targets of Sales Revenue, Profitability and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of Sales, Service and Commercial function at area level to make these operations profitable & highly effective, contribute in the overall growth of the organization by enhancing revenues and SAS, improving market share and utilizing available resources and infrastructure to render effective services to internal and external customers
  • Responsible for Operating Plan formulation for sales at area level in alignment with overall operational plans at regional level.
  • Closely scan current industry and market trends; benchmark competitive sales and marketing process and strategy to ensure leadership position in industry / product range.
  • Design and develop “Best in Class” practices and implementation strategies for Sales with regard to sales enhancement, network expansion, credit control, optimum inventory procedures, pricing & customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize market and competitors’ information, global trends & personal network to ensure effective selling.
  • Design, review, strengthen and implement sales schemes, pricing strategies, product / sales promotion schemes, Incentive / loyalty programs, policies and procedures as per the guidelines of the regional / Head office.
  • Ensure wider market reach & product penetration in untapped markets, explore ways and methods to sustain and create new avenues to grow the business further with reliable network of dealers / channel partners.
  • To sustain the existing growth pattern of the business and ensure the consistent growth in view the changing business scenario and corporate business policies.
  • To implement credit policies and ensure achievement / fulfillment of the revenue collection / SAS target of the organization.
  • Forecasting Monthly / Quarterly / Annual sales plans and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele. Providing Rolling sales plan for 3 months and ensure maximum adherence to the plan submitted to the SCM.
  • Organizing / participating / monitoring sales promotion, brand visibility and publicity activities and consumer campaigns, in the area as per the guidelines of the organization in close coordination with the respective product managers.
  • Ensure proficient use, placement & maintenance of ATL and BTL initiatives such as Hoardings, print and TV Ads, visibility of glow sign board and customer meets etc.
  • To ensure the optimum level of inventory at warehouses, conduct surprise stock audits/ disposal of the defective stocks periodically in all the locations.
  • Provide product and market feedback including perception and opinion about demand, product performance etc. to the regional team on regular intervention to minimize customer complaints and enhance product’s efficiency.
  • Ensure development and maintenance of close contracts with all those associated with Tyre sales such as dealers, fleet accounts, STUs, Government Accounts, opinion leaders, OE accounts and other agencies, in the assigned area / territory.
  • Ensure timely delivery of stocks to various outlets and keep close liaison with key customers regularly.
  • Ensure high standard of after sales service and quick response and resolution of customer complaints as per the industry bench mark.
  • Preparing, providing direct input in to the Annual Operating Budget process at area level for all product Segments. Ensuring that the product segment wise contributions are delivered and all expenditures are within the budget.
  • To ensure all legal and statutory compliances of the area Operations under various laws/ state rules as applicable on the state.
  • Supporting Internal Audit team in conducting frequent audit of the area offices, ensuring timely compliance of the findings of the audit.
  • To establish system and process of generating weekly, monthly and yearly sales MIS, analyzing the MIS and submit to the all concerned within the stipulated time
  • Assign individual targets for the team, review and monitor the progress of each individual’s performance on regular basis. Initiate action for performance improvement and skill development.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Professional with master degree in Marketing & Sales from institute of repute. Graduation in any engineering stream is desirable.
  • At least 6-8 years experience in large sales oriented organization having large presence in market specially handling dealer network
  • Prior experience in a company where Sales is a key driver in the end to end business performance and is considered to have “best practices” in sales & marketing.

Purpose :

  • This is a front line sales position within JK Tyre, to be based at assigned territory / area office. To generate revenue as per target assigned by enhancing channel network or from existing dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achievement of the sales target (value and nos.) with adequate product mix and market.
  • Ensure timely collection of the money from customer within company norms
  • Timely delivery of the material to the customer
  • Visit customer as per approved journey plan and submit daily call report to the reporting manager in time
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by extending proactive customer service
  • Track tyre performance
  • Implement marketing plans in coordination with trade marketing leader
  • Conduct CIPs / CCPs / HTW / Back to school activities as per pre approved plan and submit feedback report in time
